I bring 30 years of experience in leadership and consulting roles including operations & maintenance, due diligence, risk & reliability, financial modeling, asset optimization, and asset restructuring. I have hands-on experience developing and implementing reliability centered maintenance, business management, and risk management processes for power generation assets.

As Director of Asset Optimization at NAES Asset Solutions, I lead facility operations, maintenance, risk & reliability, and financial assessments — including O&M cost benchmarking with gap closure, heat rate & life extension assessments, and outage services project management. That perspective was built over three decades spanning Director Risk & Reliability at EthosEnergy, Senior Director of Start-Up & Commissioning at PIC Group, and years managing outage and turnaround programs for combined-cycle plants at NextEra Energy Resources.
